Architecture: Aegean Design

Greece has been known for its beautiful islands, its Aegean sea and its divine light, since the ancient times. Nowadays, Greece has been considered a top preference as a tourist destination and acquiring a second home in the islands is considered to be ubber luxury. Nevertheless, Greece took slow steps in the design element in the architecture of its second homes, as other places on the contrary, like Spain (Ibiza), Italy, France (less so...), Miami or Malibu, were known for it. Now, things have changed... This is due to the addition of a high-profile and multi-awarded summer house in the Cycladic island of Antiparos. The house designed by Deca Architects was "conceived as an inhabitable Krater, a dwelling, which is inextricably linked to the landscape that forms it". The architects focused on two major challenges for this site... On the one hand, they had to protect the exterior living areas from the strong winds of the Aegean Sea and on the other to focus on hiding the volume of the house from the settlement. The idea for this was to create the perfect habitat in harmony with the landscape. The result was the birth of a unique sensual identity for the site...

The development is a concept of Iasson Tsakonas, founder and manager of Antiparos Design Properties, who has formed a series of design summer homes on the island and has placed acclaimed design architects to produce the concept design, like We Design, Zege and Tala Mikdashi. It looks like the other developments will cause the same kind of stir, as this one! Krater, now, places the Greek architecture onto another level... and portrays Greece as the ultimum hot-spot destination!

A couple months ago, I conducted an interview with a real estate financing guru about how he financed his multi- million dollar portfolio. During that interview, he let it slip that he routinely gets over 100% financing on his real estate deals. After some negotiating, ok pleading... and a little begging; he finally revealed how he does it. I was so excited about this information that I thought " I can't possibly keep this to myself - this needs to be told". At first, he was adamant that I not tell anyone this secret because of the WAVES it could cause in the industry but after weeks of convincing him that it would be ok and after a small test release, he finally agreed to let me release it to the public. However, he did attach one condition, I had to give it away for FREE!! I am not sure how long he will continue to allow me to give this away so hurry over HERE (http://tinyurl.com/36jnon) and grab a copy now before he changes his mind. In this report, he spills his guts and details all the steps you need to take to make the bank an offer they cannot refuse. As he said repeatedly throughout the interview, "just because you know where the bank is doesn't mean you can get money from it". Because he knows not only where the bank is but how to get the money from it, he tells you all the right language to use so they know that you know what you're talking about. As I said before, I don't know how long he will let me give this away, he may pull the plug at any time. Go HERE (http://tinyurl.com/36jnon) now and grab a copy before it's too late! Imagine being able to buy that apartment building or office complex or even your next home with better than 100% financing. You may be wondering what's "better than 100% financing?"; it's getting a rebate at closing. That means you not only walk away from closing, owning the property without putting any of your money down, you also get a rebate check! CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR FREE COPY HERE NOW!
